College Library

"A good book can change your entire life."

The college has its own library, which, in addition to books on subjects being taught, also offers books on almost every other topic. Furthermore, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly newspapers and magazines are procured. The usage rules for the college library are as follows:

  • Generally, a student can keep a book for two weeks.
  • Reference books cannot be issued to anyone.
  • In case a book is lost, the student must pay the cost of the book along with a fine.
  • Students who return books in torn or damaged condition will have to pay the cost of the book and a fine.
  • Students must have an identification card when issuing books.
  • Books due during holidays must be returned within two days after the college reopens.
  • Legal action will be taken against students involved in theft or mischief in the library.
  • Disciplinary action will be taken against students who do not return books within the specified time.
  • Students who tear pages from newspapers, magazines, or books will be fined.
  • Library staff assistance can be sought for any inquiries.
  • Always sit quietly inside the library.
  • Books should be issued on designated days.
  • Moving furniture around inside the library is prohibited.
