At the college’s annual award distribution ceremony, students are awarded based on their academic achievements. These awards are related to each class.

1. Awards are given to students securing the first, second, and third positions based on total marks in the class.

2. Awards are given to students securing the first and second positions in any subject.

Note: To be eligible for these awards, students must pass all subjects they are studying. Absence from any paper for any reason will be considered equivalent to scoring zero marks in that subject.

Conditions for Semester Exam Awards:

1. For BA/B.Sc./B.Com Part I/II/III exams, the student must have passed the exams securing first, second, or third position in the college with at least 60% marks.

2. For MA Part II exams, the student must have passed the exams securing the first or second position in the college with at least 55% marks.

3. These awards will only be given if the number of examinees appearing in the relevant class exam exceeds 10.

4. In classes where the number of examinees is less than 10, awards will also be given to students securing the first or second positions, provided they have obtained at least 70% marks in the exam. This includes honors subjects.
